Salary: Up to £51,350 per annum
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to join our Family Support Service within the Early Help Service.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the provision of service and will provide professional supervision and coordination of caseloads and will also have responsibility for safeguarding.
You will also be working with a team of professionals, working with a range of partners, to deliver timely and effective support to families.
You will play a key role in:
Driving quality and consistency in Early Help assessments and plans.
Championing a whole-family approach to improve outcomes for children and young people.
Coordinating and strengthening multi-agency responses to family needs.
Supporting partners to embed Early Help principles and practices.
About You
To be considered for this post, you will need to demonstrate:
A Professional Qualification relevant to Children, Young People and Families, or the ability to demonstrate through extended experience, an equivalent level of experience and knowledge.
Significant experience of working with children, families and their carers and experience of providing effective professional supervision.
Experience of supporting the professional development of colleagues and other professionals through coaching, mentoring, training, quality assurance and/or peer/group/student supervision.
An understanding of the importance of partnership working and the ability to build strong, productive relationships.
The ability to use data and research effectively to inform decisions and drive continual improvement.
This is also an essential car user post as the demands of the job make it operationally essential and there is a contractual requirement to make a suitable vehicle available to ensure the requirements of the job can be carried out effectively.
Applicants must be able to drive, have a full driving licence and be a car owner/have access to a suitable vehicle, however for disabled applicants, reasonable adjustments will be made where required.
