About us

We believe that all children, young people and families should have the support they need to thrive. We want all Solihull’s children and young people to achieve their potential and have fulfilling lives.

Our people, together with our wider network of partners and professionals, are vital to making sure all Solihull’s children, young people and families get the help and support they need. We are on a journey of improvement and we are looking for passionate and dedicated people that are ambitious for our service and our children and young people.

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our diverse and inclusive teams to make a difference for children, young people and families.

You will work within our practice framework - Connecting Families. At its core, Connecting Families demonstrates the beliefs, values and principles of restorative practice. It gives us a consistent relationship-based way of practicing to improve outcomes of those we work with.

We believe that families and their connected networks are of primary importance and are influential in improving outcomes for children. We believe that children and their family networks are experts in their own lives and should be empowered to build and draw on their strengths through effective family decision making.
